Milligans Food Group Ltd began production in 1896, its one of New Zealand’s leading suppliers and manufacture of food Ingredients, consumer food products and animal nutrition products. The company's head office, storage warehouses, manufacturing plants are situated in Oamaru, South Island of New Zealand. The company has a food distribution business in Auckland to service the North Island, and the South Island and international markets are serviced from Oamaru Specialised food products are manufactured, blended and packed onsite then marketed across New Zealand, Australia, USA and Asia using the company’s product brands Specialty Cheeses, KiwiMass, Milligans Performance Proteins, Granny Faye’s, Frosty Boy, Eclipse, Milligans Eclipse, and Eclipse Dairy Products. Our products include Milk Powders, Cheese, Cheese Sauce, Butter, AMF, WPC, WPI, Ice Cream, Syrups, Flour, Bakery Products and Mayonnaise. The company has a wide range of animal nutrition products. Many of the Milligans high protein concentrate feeds are also marketed in the USA under the brand Milipro. Also produced are high protein concentrate feeds which are marketed in Asia and North America. We customise mixes in conjunction with our nutritionists and customers to their specific requirements utilising grain, proteins and dairy products. Our products include Milk and Whey Proteins, Calf Milk Replacer, Lamb Milk Replacer, Grain Based Feeds.
The company's flour mill and stockfeed plant, Milligans Eclipse Flour Company, is situated 25 km west of Oamaru at the small township of Ngapara. The flour mill was set-up in 1896. We utilise locally grown wheat and we have produced some of New Zealand's finest quality flour products for over 100 years.
