The company's flour mill, Milligans Eclipse Flour Company, is situated 25 km west of Oamaru at the small township of Ngapara. The flour mill was set-up in 1896. We utilise locally grown wheat and we have produced some of New Zealand's finest quality flour products for over 100 years.

Description: A standard white bakers flour, very versatile and great in the home bread maker. Has made the best home baking for over 100 years because we use local North Otago wheat.
