CONE YIELD
1 litre of soft serve yields 10 cones with a gravity fed machine and up to 13 cones with a pump machine. One box would therefore yield between 400 and 520 cones depending on the machine and portion.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix 1 bag of 1.5kg to 3.5 litres of water in a container (yields 5 litres of soft serve before aeration.)
• Mix 3kg to 7 litres of water (yields 10 litres of soft serve before aeration.)
